Pricing for self-pay patients is based on time and includes any modality necessary (excluding sauna sessions). Most follow-up appointments are one hour or less.

I am an “out-of-network” provider. To best serve you, I can verify your insurance benefits before you arrive. Please click on the link below and complete the online form. I will contact you as soon as the benefits are established.
As an “out-of-network” provider, full payment is expected for our office fees at the time services are provided until deductibles are met and insurance compensation has been received. Once these requirements are met – credit will be applied to your account. I can also opt to give you a Superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider for direct reimbursement. Submitting a Superbill yourself requires more work on your part but can often speed up the process and help us avoid third party fees.
