As an “out-of-network” provider, full payment is expected for our office fees at the time services are provided until deductibles are met and insurance compensation has been received. Once these requirements are met – credit will be applied to your account. I can also opt to give you a Superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider for direct reimbursement. Submitting a Superbill yourself requires more work on your part but can often speed up the process and help us avoid third party fees.
